Art Nouveau / Arts & Crafts circa 1905 Tudric Pewter candle stick pattern number 022 - 7, probably designed by Archibald Knox, for Liberty & Co. It has denting and bending with the centre having been pushed downwards so will require straightening.  The enamel is missing from the roundels and the drip tray is missing, still a nice piece all the same. This item is 12cm tall x 10.6cm across the base.
